What data
Your first name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, your message, the site language and, where present, the source of the link that brought you here (UTM parameters). No cookies are set.
Why
Only to answer your questions about the house, arrange a viewing and send you the plans and documents you ask for. Your data is not sold or used for anything else.
Where it goes
The site is hosted by Netlify, which receives and stores form submissions on the owner's behalf. If you write on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's terms apply to that exchange.
How long
Until the house is sold. All requests are deleted after that.
Deleting your data
Write to villahobscheid@icloud.com or on WhatsApp. Your data is deleted as soon as the request is received, and you are told when it is done.
